If you submit a tool to our directory, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the authority to submit the tool and all associated information

  • You consent to our editorial modifications for quality and consistency

8. Intellectual Property

  • Extended period of inactivity
  • Request by law enforcement or government agencies

13.3. Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
